Acceptance of Terms
By booking a test, health package, or home sample collection with Om Diagnostic Center, you agree to these terms. Please provide accurate booking and contact details so we can schedule and deliver your service correctly.
Reports & Results
Diagnostic reports are generated using our laboratory's standard testing procedures and quality control protocols. Reports are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed with a qualified physician — they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Payments & Cancellations
Pricing shown at the time of booking applies to your order. Home collection appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us ahead of the scheduled visit; fees already paid for completed sample collection or testing are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
While every test is processed under our standard quality control protocols, Om Diagnostic Center is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of a report without physician consultation. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
